You cried
and my heart bled
even though tears are but
your expression
of your discomfort!
I try to read
more into it,
drill in all
my adult fears into it
Yet, after a few hours,
You play along,
like nothing happened.
You dont remember
ever crying!!
I, on the other hand,
am unable to let go,
of that Pain...
And still hold
unshed tears within me!
PS: Yes, Sanjay has started school.. and he cried.. and i still nursing that pain to see him cry.. and i thought delivery was the most painful part of parenthood!!!
