Early Morning Scribbling

Reality

when his fantasies took flight
he would let his pen have free reign
yet in reality
he was as humdrum as humdrum could be.....

Perception

take 1

"Dress as you want to be...."
she had heard.....
As she expected better things from life
She took care to look professional
Yet, to all those people
She was only her designation-
the house keeping lady!

Take 2

To all the others
it was a just an 18 month-old girl
who was yet to begin speaking
trying to convey her need
though little gestures and actions

But to her own mother
the little girl was showing signs
of being a great dancer!

Like everyone said ... Take 2 was cool!

Its surprising how you can come up with two takes on the same topic and yet they are not related in any other way!
