Weekend Movies

Not having Set Top Box and having CAS, doesn't give me too many options, I have to make the best of whats available and i did.
I watched Page 3 and Ab Tak Chappan.
Page 3 was a nice movie, a disturbing movie all at once.Though i like good movies, sometimes, I hate movies that make me think...this was like that..Despite having a title called 'Page3', the movie isn't all glitz and glamour, it has sense too and lots of it at that, watch it, its worth it.

I watched 'AB Tak Chappan' only for Nana Patekar, the movie didn't hold my interest and the ending reminded me of kamal's 'Kaakkichattai'!

Tambola and ME

Sometime back, we played Tambola* in our office. All were invited to play.I too decided to try my rotten luck in the game. The first game proved no luck to me..it was funny, when they announced that there would be another game, people started sitting in different places and so on to beckon better luck..i did nothing, i was just testing my rotten luck...

I am optimistic, but i don't beleive that I am lucky...The optimist in me made me stay for the second game.....

The numbers were read and I went about crossing those that happened to be present in my ticket....like a zombie....and then suddenly, my friend shouted out "Jaldi Five", which means that five numbers were crossed out in my ticket, there was a prize for the first person to get a jaldi five, i was just about to miss my prizemoney, when my friend alerted me and i announced, with loads of surprise....

well, why am i telling you all this? Moral of the Story: Nobody's luck is rotten and if you do some much as to keep some hope in your heart and your eyes alert for opportunity, Luck will knock your doors..

I know, this is an old story, just that I try to see the significance behind every incidence in my life...and this one taught me a lesson!!

Tambola* :- You can check out the rules of the game here
